TELEPHONE SEAT RESERVATION HAS BEEN ABOLISHED.
According to the Charter of Passenger Rights, telephone seat reservation was mandatory from 2003 until 2015 when it was abolished by Ministerial Decision A27733/2213 (Government Gazette B’ 1181/19-6-2015) due to technological advancements and the introduction of the “web-based ticket.”
The seat reservation you made when purchasing your ticket at the counter or through an e-ticket is valid up to half an hour before your departure. So, you must go to the ticket counter half an hour before departure to obtain the boarding pass.
On local routes (destinations within the Thessaloniki regional unit), seat reservations cannot be made. The rule “first come, first served” applies.
