ATTENTION: Tickets have a cash value and therefore, if lost, they are not replaceable. In this context, the loss of a ticket is the responsibility of the holder, not the issuer. Therefore, our company is not obliged to refund the money in such cases.
Terms and Conditions of Reservation, Issuance, and Use of Transport Tickets:
-
Passengers are required to be at the departure point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Only passengers who present a valid ticket are entitled to transportation. In the case of an electronic ticket, this means that the passenger should present a valid electronically issued ticket, which they will receive via confirmation email (to the email address they have provided) containing the reservation number and booking details. The primary concern of the passenger is to keep the reservation confirmation as proof.
- A ticket is valid for the transportation specified on it, from the departure point to the destination point, including any agreed-upon intermediate stops, through any station scheduled at the time of ticket purchase. The fare paid by the passenger corresponds to the route and the seat indicated on the ticket and constitutes an integral part of the Transportation Agreement between the carrier (the Company) and the passenger.
- The ticket is an item of value, and therefore, the passenger is obligated to keep it carefully and take appropriate measures to prevent loss or theft.
- A ticket that has been modified or altered in any way, unless the alteration or modification was carried out by the Company, is not considered valid and should be reissued.
- A lost or damaged ticket, whether partially or completely, will be replaced in whole or in part according to the Company's rules, provided that the immediate and tangible issuance of a valid ticket is proven and the ticket has not expired.
- The passenger is obligated to carry the ticket with them during the journey and to present it to the driver or the inspector whenever requested.
- If a passenger is entitled to a fare discount or a fare subject to special terms (such as a large family card, student card, etc.), the passenger must be able to provide the appropriate supporting documents and prove their validity throughout the journey. In the event that the passenger does not have the corresponding discount proof, they will be required to pay additional money to cover the full ticket price.
- Round-trip tickets are valid for three (3) months from the date of issuance. The passenger should present the specific ticket at the departure point of the route, and the company's authorized staff will validate it.
- The ticket is valid for transportation for a period of three (3) months from the date of its issuance. When a passenger is unable to travel within the validity period of their ticket, either the validity period can be extended or they may have the right to a refund, depending on the company's policies. This can be arranged after communicating with the company.
- If a passenger does not show up on the scheduled departure date for reasons of force majeure, the Company may refund a portion of the transaction amount, depending on its specific policies, following communication with the Company.
- The ticket can be modified regarding the travel date or transferred to other individuals without any additional charges for these individuals, as long as there is approval on the ticket by the company's authorized staff, and only under those conditions. In the event of a request for a change, the passenger must contact the Company in advance, at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure, and the Company will make reasonable efforts to transfer the passenger to another route.
- The departure times of the routes may be subject to change. It is the responsibility of the passenger to contact the Company and verify that the route will operate as originally scheduled.
- In case the passenger selects specific seats, the arrangement of seats may vary depending on the type of bus.
