Please fill the form, in order to cancel your tickets and get a refund. All cancellations are acceptable, only before the time and date that is written on ticket. You can change your ticket if you  wish  (via sending an email to [email protected]) for anothet date but if it passes the first date (the one that is written on the ticket), you cannot apply for a refund. Modified tickets are not acceptable for a refund. When you complete the form, press send. A green box will appear verifying that your cancellation form, has been sent succesfully.
