TELEPHONE SEAT RESERVATION HAS BEEN ABOLISHED.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to the Charter of Passenger Rights, telephone seat reservation was mandatory from 2003 until 2015 when it was abolished by Ministerial Decision A27733\/2213 (Government Gazette B’ 1181\/19-6-2015) due to technological advancements and the introduction of the “web-based ticket.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

The seat reservation you made when purchasing your ticket at the counter or through an e-ticket is valid up to half an hour before your departure.<\/strong> So, you must go to the ticket counter half an hour before departure to obtain the boarding pass.<\/p>\n

On local routes (destinations within the Thessaloniki regional unit), seat reservations cannot be made. The rule “first come, first served” applies.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
