    The ‘Shareholders Association of KTEL Thessaloniki Prefecture<\/strong>‘, based at 16 Lagkada Street, Thessaloniki, has seven members and its president is Mr. Koniaris Stergios<\/strong>. It serves as the shareholders’ union.<\/p>\n

    The ‘SPECIAL PROCUREMENT COOPERATIVE<\/strong>‘ of its former owners, based at 30 Karoli and Dimitriou (Administration) Street, with Mr. Chalkidis Vasileios<\/strong> as the President. It is a cooperative of shareholders, with minimal current activity.<\/p>\n

    Mutual Insurance Cooperative<\/strong> The Mutual Insurance Cooperative of the shareholders, based at 30 Karoli and Dimitriou (Administration) Street, with Mr. Chalkidis Vasileios as the President. It is the insurance company for ‘K.T.E.L. THESSALONIKIS A.E.’ where its buses are insured. This insurance entity is reinsured by the large cooperative entity titled ‘Mutual Insurance Cooperative of Professional Owners of Publicly Used Cars in Northern Greece and Thessaly Regional Unit,’ which has the KTEL companies of Northern Greece as its partners and is the owner of the ‘MACEDONIA’ station in Menemeni, Thessaloniki.<\/p>\n

    The supervising authority of the company’s civil works is the O.S.E.TH. (Transport Infrastructure Company of Thessaloniki)<\/p>\n

    The supervising authority of the intercity project (with decision-making and supervisory responsibilities) is the Region of Central Macedonia.<\/p>\n
